The wooden pilates spine corrector, also known as a pilates arc, is a tool designed to improve spinal mobility and flexibility, strengthening the torso and promoting the lengthening of muscle chains. It's an effective instrument for postural work, capable of supporting training programs aimed at back wellness and body balance. The solid oak wood structure ensures durability, while the high-density EVA padding with eco-leather effect microfiber cover guarantees long-lasting comfort and resistance. Thanks to its ergonomic shape, it allows you to stretch the shoulder area, straighten the upper back, and alleviate pain. It can also be used to treat postural disorders like kyphosis, lordosis, kyphoscoliosis, and winged scapula, improving posture progressively and safely. Included is a stick that allows lateral grips for performing specific exercises, expanding usage possibilities.
