Open the bag, apply the first wrap starting from the ankle of the right leg, going up to the abdomen, then apply the second wrap starting from the ankle of the left leg, going up to the abdomen, leave on for about 20-30 minutes. Remove the wraps and blot the excess liquid with absorbent paper and proceed with the massage. Avoid direct contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Keep out of reach of children.
