The Iso-Lateral Shoulder Press is designed based on human movement. The ability to load arms independently allows for divergent and independent movements for optimal biomechanics. Iso-lateral movements enable users to train with both limbs together, independently, or alternately. The backrest is inclined at 40 degrees to stabilize and eliminate hyperextension of the spine. The comfortable and ergonomic seat is adjustable to different heights to fit all users.
