The Bosu is an inflatable soft rubber hemisphere with a rigid circular base and protective rim. Its unique design creates an unstable platform, delivering numerous training benefits. This Diamond accessory is perfect for proprioception, coordination, strength, and rehabilitation exercises, and is also one of the most popular tools for group fitness classes, both with and without music. The standout feature of this product is its irregular surface, which makes it ideal for engaging lower limb and pelvic muscles, while also being highly effective for performing squats.
