Abrir la bolsa, aplicar la primera venda comenzando desde el tobillo de la pierna derecha, subiendo hasta el abdomen, luego aplicar la segunda venda comenzando desde el tobillo de la pierna izquierda, subiendo hasta el abdomen, dejar actuar durante aproximadamente 20-30 minutos. Retirar las vendas y secar el exceso de líquido con papel absorbente y proceder con el masaje. Evitar el contacto directo con los ojos y las mucosas. Mantener fuera del alcance de los niños.
