All orders placed online are processed quickly: Orders placed by 12:00 PM are shipped the same day. While orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next day.

Can I return or exchange a product purchased online?
Yes, we offer a simple procedure for exchanges and returns. Here is how it works:
- Returns: You can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided it is in the same condition in which you received it, with the original packaging and all accessories included.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so by following the same procedure as for returns. Once we receive the return, we will ship the new desired item.

Who covers shipping costs for exchanges and returns?
For clothing and accessories for a size exchange or a product exchange, the return is Free! Once you contact us, we will send the courier to pick up the product, once received, we will ship the correct product or a voucher to spend on our site!
Are purchased products covered by warranty?
Yes, all our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided by current legislation. The duration of the warranty is 12 months from the date of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects of conformity that make the product unusable or not conforming to the description provided at the time of purchase. It does not cover damage caused by:

- Normal wear and tear of the product especially if it is a consumer good.
